Job Overview

A young, progressing construction company needs an employee for the position of Cost Estimator.

Requirements:

• Work experience of at least 3 years;
• Work with Autocad and/or Archicad programs, ability to read drawings;
• Experience in creating estimates according to project documentation;
• Understanding of finishing works, general construction works;
• Knowledge of engineering works;
• Knowledge of field visits and measurements with further estimate formation.

Responsibilities:

• Compilation of estimates for construction and finishing works (contract price, acts of work performed, cumulative statements);
• Field visits – measurements – estimate formation;
• Creation of estimates according to project documentation.
